Inclusion – We are open to owners (home, business, and/or property) and renters. All are welcome.

We Do Not Accept Hate.

Community -- We seek to create a sense of community with events, resource-sharing, and more.

Positive and Collaborative Change -- We strive to improve our neighborhood based on input from members of the neighborhood association and other residents. 

Democracy – We maintain a neutral political stance and will not formally support any one party or politician. However, we leverage our influence to work with city council on improving our neighborhood.
